WHY BECOME AN EXHIBITOR?
We had about 2,000 registered visitors at our last Travel Expo and we are expecting over 3,000 visitors at the next one. These are large numbers for an event in the Pacific Northwest, which can translate into new leads and revenue for our exhibitors.
Therefore, our objective as the organizers is to increase the awareness of this event and increase our number of visitors, so that you can promote your products and services to them. We are able to do this by focusing our marketing efforts to attract people that are specifically interested in what the travel and tourism industry has to offer.
In addition, we organize some fun activities at the Travel Expo that attract families and students from the area, such as live animals to take photos with, DJ and music, and rare classic cars.
COST OF BECOMING AN EXHIBITOR
It costs $600 to become an exhibitor at the Travel Expo 2018. This fee will give you a dedicated 100 sq/ft space (10’x10′) that is separated by pipes and drapes from other exhibitors. This space will also have a table, a chair, and power outlets.
Feel free to use all kinds of marketing materials and equipment, such as LCD screens, laptops/tablets, banners, raffle draws and prizes, promoters, etc.
